航运公司:发挥港口和航运的整体优势,将三港船舶统一经营,做出特色,做出品牌,增强竞争力和控制力;
物流公司:将原港口、物资分散的仓库、加工、配送、货代、船代等物流资源重组整合,以港口物流和仓储配送物流为主,拓展第三方物流综合服务;
经贸公司:将原物资集团商贸企业整合起来,以物流促商流,以商流促物流.通过金融支持,在供应链和做大经营规模上做文章;

Port operation company:tuming port and wharf enterprises into operation companies centralizing port load and unload work through directional share offering; emphasizing on both real ton and throughput; optimizing load and unload techniques, lowering its cost and improving its efficiency; Shipping company: exerting the entire predominance of port and shipping, putting watercrafts of the three ports into unified management, setting up the brand and intensifying the competitive and controlling ability;
