At the end of “Eleventh 5-year”,the main economic index can be doubled
based on it at the end of “Tenth 5-year”;The total assets and sales
revenue,respectively,can achieve 10 billion RMB,and the profits
can exceed 0.1 billion RMB;The freight throughput can achieve 6
billion RMB,accounting for 73.5% of the port construcion investment
in the whole metropolitan.
两大平台:
融资平台 一是通过与商业银行战略合作筹集资金;二是集团通过增发、配股、发行企业债券等方式融资;三是引进战略性合资合作伙伴进行融资.
信息平台 充分利用现有信息化资源,加大物流信息化建设力度和投入,发挥信息网络化技术在区域和物流供应链一体化中的作用,大造重庆”区域公共物流信息平台”,为重庆物流中心建设提供信息支撑.

Information platform sufficiently uses the existing information-based

informatization construction,exerts the function of network technology
in integrating regions and logistic supplying chains, builds Chongqing
“information platform of regional public logistics” and offers information
support to the construction of Chongqing logistic center.

港口经营公司:将港埠企业通过定向增发形成港口装卸业务集中的经营公司;既要抓自然吨,又要抓吞吐量.要优化装卸工艺,降低装卸成本,提高装卸效率;
航运公司:发挥港口和航运的整体优势,将三港船舶统一经营,做出特色,做出品牌,增强竞争力和控制力;
物流公司:将原港口、物资分散的仓库、加工、配送、货代、船代等物流资源重组整合,以港口物流和仓储配送物流为主,拓展第三方物流综合服务;
经贸公司:将原物资集团商贸企业整合起来,以物流促商流,以商流促物流.通过金融支持,在供应链和做大经营规模上做文章;
建设投资公司:为码头、物流设施、综合开发项目开展BT融资和银行融资打造融资平台.
