重庆港务物流集团有限公司是重庆市委、市政府将重庆港务（集团）有限责任公司、重庆物资（集团）有限责任公司、万洲港口（集团）有限责任公司和涪陵港务管理居的国有资产战略重组而成立的大型综合物流集团。
集团现拥有上市公司1个、独资公司7个、分公司9个、国有控股公司11个。资产总额55.8亿元，承担着重庆市港口项目投资、建设、对外招商引资和经营管理任务。

Chongqing Port Logistics Group Co.,Lit.is a large comprehensive logistic group established by Chongqing Municipality and Govemment,integrating Chongqing Port (group) Limited Liability Co.,Chongqing Material (group) Limited Liability Co.,Wanzhou Port (group) Limited Liability Co.and Fulin Port Administration,having their state assets reorganized strategically.
Today the Group owns one listed company,seven solely owned corporations,nine subsidiaries,eleven state holding companies,four joint stock companies and eleven state owned enterprises and institutions.The total assets are 5.58billion RMB which afford the missions of investment promotion from overseas and management in Chongqing’s port program.
